Our aim is to provide an excellent quality of care and education for all children, at all times. Despite our best intentions, sometimes we get it wrong. When this happens, we ask that you speak to us so that we can reflect on any mistakes and make the changes necessary to ensure that it doesn’t happen again. We want to learn from our mistakes and this can only happen if you tell us your concerns.
In the event that you are not satisfied with our response, please follow the school’s Complaints Procedure.
St Teresa’s Pre-School is part of St Teresa’s Catholic Independent School, Princes Risborough and is inspected by the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) rather than by Ofsted. ISI reports to the Department for Education on the extent to which schools meet statutory requirements.
Our last inspection, in October 2017, was a regulatory compliance inspection and as such reported only on the school’s compliance with the standards applicable to our provision. We are delighted that we met the compliance standards in full.
Our next inspection, which will be a full educational quality inspection, is due in 2020. For past reports and more information about the ISI inspection process, please visit the ISI website.
